Boaz Mizrahi is a partner in the firm's Corporate, Hi-Tech and Technology groups, representing the firm's clients in a wide variety of life sciences, licensing, intellectual property and technology transactions including negotiating and drafting strategic agreements and standard and non-standard agreements for research and development, evaluations, pre-clinical, clinical trials, licensing, manufacturing, distribution and sale and other commercialization of biotechnology and pharmaceutical products, medical devices and systems, software and semiconductors.In addition, Boaz represents technology and Internet companies and ventures in entity formation, equity investments, financing, structuring and negotiating various types of strategic, joint research and development, and other alliances.
