Ofer Freilich is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Group.

Ofer has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions.Ofer's practice includes representation of leading companies, including private and public corporations, in complex real estate investment transactions. Ofer also advises real estate developers in residential and commercial construction projects, including construction work agreements and sales of units.Ofer has significant experience working with governmental and regulatory bodies in the real estate market, including the Israel Land Authority, the Land Registration Office, and the planning and asset management departments at local and municipal authorities.

Ofer Holds an LL.B and a B.A in Business Administration from The Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, and was admitted to the Israeli bar in 2006.
