Keren Shitrit is a partner in our firm's Tax Group.

Keren has extensive experience advising on tax aspects of a wide range of international and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financings, inter-company agreements, equity based plans and personal taxation.Keren frequently handles tax rulings from the Israel Tax Authority, on a variety of tax matters, including group restructurings, tax withholding arrangements and taxation of equity incentives granted to employees and consultants. In addition, Keren provides ongoing tax advice to domestic and international clients.

Keren is also a Certified Public Accountant and prior to joining our Firm, worked in the Israel and international tax department of Ernst & Young.
