Yoav Sade is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group, and leads Meitar's China practice.

Yoav’s work focuses on international projects and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and commercialization of technologies.

Yoav serves as Vice Chairman of the Israel-China-Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and frequently lectures before various forums on the negotiation of business transactions and the legal aspects of doing business in China.

Yoav has over 25 years of experience working on matters related to the Chinese market, during which he worked in one of the leading law firms in Hong Kong for several years.

Yoav represents investors (including corporations and investment funds) from China & Asia Pacific countries in investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial transactions with Israeli companies, and in establishing a presence in Israel. In addition, Yoav represents Israeli companies in investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures and commercial transactions with entities from China and Asia Pacific countries and in establishing presence in Asia Pacific countries .
