Position

Noga Devecseri Spira is co-head of Naschitz Brandes Amir’s hi-tech practice. She is a prominent attorney whose practice primarily focuses on representing global companies, investors, and acquirers. With extensive experience advising international and domestic emerging companies in all stages of development, Noga regularly assists clients with matters ranging from formation and financing to building strategic partnerships, supporting go-to-market executions, and facilitating acquisitions, IPOs, and beyond.

She also represents venture capital funds, private equity firms, corporate venture arms, and other investment institutions in their early-stage and growth company investments.

Noga’s practice encompasses a wide range of industries that play a significant role in the startup ecosystem, including digital health and healthcare technology, biotech, SaaS, agtech, fintech, cleantech, industry 4.0, and mobility.
