Position
Partner Arnon Samburski is a Hi-Tech Practice lead and a member of the Corporate Group at Naschitz Brandes Amir. His primary focus is on representing early-stage and high-growth high-tech companies and their investors in sectors such as biotech, fintech, cyber, digital health, insurtech, medical devices, online gaming, digital media, and SaaS.
Arnon specializes in supporting early-stage startups in setting up operations, managing founder relations, handling day-to-day commercial transactions, and addressing labor relations. Additionally, he assists them in securing, negotiating, and closing financing rounds. As these companies evolve into high-growth ventures, Arnon serves as an “outside general counsel,” providing advice on various legal matters, including venture capital financing, M&A, IPOs, and other strategic transactions.
With over 25 years of experience working with startups, Arnon possesses a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by emerging companies. He closely collaborates with clients to offer practical and solution-focused advice.
