Anat Igner is a partner in the corporate group of Naschitz Brandes Amir. Anat represents a wide range of companies in corporate and commercial transactions, venture capital investments, and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the tech sector. Anat works closely with founders of tech companies in both the early-stage and growth phases and supports them in all stages including, incorporation, fundraising, and strategic transactions. In addition, Anat represents a variety of venture capital funds in their investments in Israeli tech companies.
