Roi Turgheman is a partner in the Tel-Aviv office of Naschitz Brandes Amir. His practice primarily focuses on corporate finance, securities, and capital markets. He regularly advises on public equity and debt offerings, private placements, tender bids, and provides ongoing counseling services to public and private companies regarding securities and corporate law matters.

Before joining Naschitz Brandes Amir, Mr. Turgheman worked in a leading accounting firm in Israel specializing in audits, due diligence, and post-merger integration. Subsequently, he worked in the corporate finance department of the Israel Securities Authority.
