Barbara focuses her practice on banking and finance law. She advises and represents foreign and domestic clients on various financing transactions. Barbara also has expertise in real estate transactions, where she provides advice to clients in real estate sale and purchase transactions, land registry law and spatial planning matters. In addition, Barbara regularly advises clients on various matters concerning contract law.
