Marija Pušić is an independent Attorney at Law qualified in Bosnia and Herzegovina, practicing in cooperation with Karanović & Partners. She is a senior member of the Banking & Finance as well as Corporate & Commercial practice group. Marija has extensive background in advising financial institutions on a broad range of banking and finance matters. Besides banking and finance expertise, Marija focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, advising clients on all matters within share deal and asset deal transactions. She also regularly advises clients on corporate, commercial and employment law matters, and assists the clients in process of ensuring efficiency and full legal compliance in their daily business activities.
