Ljupka Noveska Andonova is an independent attorney at law qualified in North Macedonia, practicing in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners. As a senior member of our Corporate and Commercial team, she is experienced in advising both domestic and international clients on all aspects of local company and commercial law, with a particular focus on banking and finance, healthcare, labour and employment matters. She frequently assists major financial institutions in their banking and finance operations and also represents many multinationals in competition matters in the market.
