Nika regularly advises clients on various corporate and commercial law matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions and competition law matters in Croatia. She is well versed in all kinds of corporate transactions and has a particular focus on media and technology industry sectors. A large part of Nika’s daily work includes providing regulatory and compliance advice.
