Marija Pušić is an independent Attorney at Law qualified in Bosnia and Herzegovina, practicing in cooperation with Karanović & Partners. She is a senior member of the Banking & Finance as well as Corporate & Commercial practice group. Marija has extensive background in advising financial institutions on a broad range of banking and finance matters. Besides banking and finance expertise, Marija focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, advising clients on all matters within share deal and asset deal transactions.
