Career

For almost 20 years, she has been assisting entrepreneurs in their business operations. She specializes in company law, corporate law, Polish and international tax law, and real estate projects. She works for local companies and multinational corporations from various sectors.

Aleksandra advises entrepreneurs on mergers, demergers, transformations and liquidation of companies. She has particular experience in working for foreign entities starting up in Poland. She helps companies to implement solutions that are effective from a legal and tax perspective, ensuring the protection of board members, company assets and owners. She represents clients in proceedings before tax authorities.

She also advises clients on transactions. She has a track record of working on numerous M&A and due diligence projects both on the sell-side as well as the buy-side.

Aleksandra has extensive experience in advising entities in the real estate market; she works on commercial leases, in particular, supporting large office building tenants.

In addition to law, she also graduated in psychology from SWPS University and actively uses her knowledge in this field, among others, in legal and soft-skills trainings on working in teams in a cross-cultural environment.

She is a member of the Tax Counsil of Confederation Lewiatan.

She has been with Łaszczuk & Partners since 2005. She became a partner in November 2013. In January 2019 she became a managing partner.

Aleksandra Faderewska-Waszkiewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński University in Warsaw. She also graduated from the Warsaw School of Social Psychology.
