Position
Adv. Roy Engel leads the firm’s investment funds department and possess extensive international experience in providing legal advice to private investment funds.
With over two decades of experience in private equity and M&A, spanning 10 years in New York and 15 years in Israel, Roy advises private investment funds at all stages of their operations. He represents institutional investors in fund investments and provides counsel to fund managers, focusing on fund formation and ongoing operations.
Career
Roy previously was a lawyer at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, New York, (where he specialized in representing funds in mergers and acquisitions) and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (where he specialized in fund formation and investment management).
