Ken has over 30 years of experience providing ongoing legal counsel to corporations and commercial entities.

He advises on company formation and fundraising, as well as a wide range of day-to-day commercial matters, including licensing, intellectual property, and research and development agreements. His clients operate across various high-tech sectors, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and cleantech.

Ken also brings significant industry experience from his previous role as Vice President of Yissum, the technology transfer company of the Hebrew University, where he was involved in managing a variety of startup ventures.
