Andrey’s expertise lies in advising both private and public companies, with particular emphasis on dual-listed companies.

His counsel covers capital markets matters, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, compensation plans, and internal compliance programs. He also advises on corporate governance issues and represents clients before the Israel Securities Authority.

Andrey also advises various types of funds throughout their lifecycles, including private investment funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, and real estate funds.

In addition, Andrey counsels companies operating in the blockchain technology and digital currencies field on their commercial and regulatory activity. He advises on all legal aspects of cryptocurrency issuances, intellectual property, technology commercialization, and privacy protection.
