Ariella represents international and Israeli entrepreneurs, private and public companies, partnerships, and private equity and venture capital funds, in all aspects of corporate and commercial law. Her clients are engaged in a wide range of high-tech activities, including IOT, MedTech, FinTech, cyber-security, internet, communications, life sciences and art, as well as low tech industries. Ariella specializes in advising on multi-layered corporate and commercial agreements, including strategic partnerships, equity and debt financings, complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IP transfers and distribution, franchise, licensing and manufacturing arrangements. Her work and approach always takes into consideration the client’s unique commercial interests and needs.

Before joining Barnea, Ariella served as a research assistant to Professor Barak-Erez (current Supreme Court Justice), and a foreign clerk to Supreme Court Justice Beinisch.
