Samuel Henri Samuel, a partner in the firm’s Corporate, Infrastructure, and Banking and Finance Departments, brings a wealth of expertise to his role, specializing in M&A, technology, and project finance matters. With a diverse clientele comprising both domestic and international entities, including corporations, VC funds, startups, and entrepreneurs, Samuel adeptly navigates complex cross-border acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures.

In his capacity within the Infrastructure Department, Samuel provides strategic counsel to state-owned companies, entrepreneurs, and international contractors operating in sectors such as oil & gas, renewable energy, transportation, and water infrastructure.

Samuel's experience also extends to advising lenders and borrowers on various financing structures for the development of domestic and international projects across multiple industries.
