With over 25 years of legal experience, Misha offers unparalleled expertise in corporate financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and investment dealings on both local and international scales.

Misha's clients includes private equity funds, venture capital funds, and institutional investors, whom he represents in a diverse array of transactions. Additionally, Misha provides guidance to companies across various sectors, offering strategic advice on all aspects of corporate and business activities. Notably, Misha specializes in assisting startups throughout their developmental stages, particularly in navigating the complexities of raising private and public funding.

Beyond his legal practice, Misha brings a wealth of industry insight gained from his prior roles as a senior manager in an investment and public holding company, as well as a director in both private and public enterprises.
