Position

Irit Brodsky is a highly experienced lawyer specializing in competition law. Her practice covers a broad range of matters, including restrictive arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, monopolies, abuse of dominant position, tenders, and compliance with the Concentration Law.

Irit provides ongoing legal support, drafts legal opinions, conducts compliance programs, and advises on competition law and the regulatory aspects of complex transactions and commercial agreements. With extensive experience, she represents clients before regulatory authorities such as the Israel Competition Authority, the Competition Tribunal, courts, government committees, and other relevant bodies.
