Position

Irit Brodsky, a partner in the firm's Antitrust and Competition Department, offers expert counsel to both Israeli and international enterprises in the field of competition law. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of matters, including restrictive arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, monopolies, abuse of dominant position, tenders, and compliance with the Concentration Law.

Irit provides guidance on regulatory issues, particularly within the realm of financial regulation. She offers ongoing legal support, drafts legal opinions, conducts compliance programs, and advises on competition law and the regulatory aspects of complex transactions and commercial agreements. With a wealth of experience, Irit represents clients before regulatory bodies such as the Israel Competition Authority, the Competition Tribunal, courts, government committees, and more. Irit's expertise is underscored by her background, which includes an internship with Supreme Court Justice Yoram Danziger.

During her undergraduate studies, Irit served as an editor of the Tel Aviv University Law Review and contributed as a research assistant in the economic analysis of law.
