Career

Ran Karmi is an associate in Barnea Jaffa Lande’s Antitrust and Competition Department. With a focus on mergers and acquisitions, dominant market assessments, restrictive agreements, and tender negotiations, Ran provides comprehensive legal counsel to both Israeli and international corporations. He represents clients before the Israel Competition Authority, the Competition Tribunal, and various Israeli courts in matters pertaining to antitrust and competition law, as well as in commercial litigation.

Drawing from extensive prior experience in intellectual property law, Ran brings a unique perspective to his practice. He previously served as an antitrust research assistant to Professor Michal S. Gal and an intellectual property research assistant to Professor Niva Elkin-Koren, both at the University of Haifa.
