Position

Hagit Ben Moshe is one of Israel’s leading attorneys advising kibbutzim, moshavim, and cooperative societies on all aspects of real estate, including planning, construction, and litigation.

She has extensive experience representing these entities in proceedings with the Israel Land Authority, including land use regulation, demands for land restitution to the state (particularly in cases involving construction plans in priority housing areas), objections to real estate assessments, and obtaining permits for nonconforming use from the Ministry of Agriculture.

Hagit also provides ongoing and comprehensive legal counsel to cooperative societies on a wide range of issues, including members’ residential rights, housing allocation, and structural reorganization of cooperative societies.
