Elad has served as an outside director and as an independent director of various companies in the Israeli capital market, and is currently a member of the Israel Bar Association’s Securities & Capital Markets Committee

Adv. Elad Reshtick offers extensive legal expertise in commercial law, securities law, and corporate law, specializing in private and public capital recruitments, debt issuances, and navigating the Israeli capital market. He provides ongoing legal support to companies, addressing corporate governance, financial reporting complexities, and shareholder transactions.

Boasting significant experience in IPOs and public offerings, Elad advises on secondary market transactions and guides companies through capital and debt offerings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He also represents clients before the Israeli regulatory authorities and counsels institutions during negotiations with investors, underwriters, and securities regulators.
