Junior Associate

Iliana’s main area of practice is Corporate Law. She advises on the establishment of corporate entities and provides day-to-day corporate legal advice.Furthermore, Iliana takes part in various M&A projects, including corporate transformations and due diligence exercises.Iliana also works on a variety of Real Estate transactions, ranging from simple asset acquisitions to complex developments and financings.
