Elisabetta is a member of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice group. She focuses on corporate law issues, due diligence exercises, mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions. Elisabetta first joined POTAMITISVEKRIS’ practice as a trainee in 2016 and, following her post-graduate studies, she gained legal experience working 3 years in an international law firm in Luxembourg, where she assisted on a broad range of acquisitions by Private Equity Funds across central Europe and the Nordics.
