Banking & Finance

Despoina is a member of our Banking & Finance team. She supports the team in advising on structured finance and project financing transactions, primarily in the infrastructure, energy and real estate sectors. In addition, Despoina is gaining experience on addressing and advising on legal matters arising out of public tender processes and public-private partnership projects.

Despoina is typically involved in various phases of financing transactions, including participation in large-scale due diligence reviews, contribution to risk analyses of construction documentation, negotiation and preparation of financing documentation and handling and monitoring of the financial close process.
