Katerina is a member of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets practice group. She advises on all areas of capital markets law and financial regulation, including equity and debt capital market transactions as well as corporate governance compliance. She also advises clients on issues related to day-to-day corporate support (with a focus on listed entities), M&A and banking transactions.
