Associate

Matina is a member of our Corporate/Commercial team. She advises both domestic and international clients on general corporate and commercial matters related to their day-to-day operations, including negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts. Her practice area encompasses corporate transactions, with an emphasis on legal due diligence exercises. More specifically, she deals with the drafting of transactional documents and dealing with the relevant formalities under Greek law. In addition, she has experience in the field of administrative and public procurement law, having dealt with the drafting of public contracts and advising on legal issues arising during public procurement procedures. Finally, she has also been involved in renewable energy projects, mainly in the stage of regulatory licensing.
