Dimitra is a member of POTAMITISVEKRIS Corporate, Commercial, Life Sciences and Healthcare team. Her practice includes the provision of advice on corporate and commercial law matters. As concerns corporate law, Dimitra has gained significant experience in M&A transactions and due diligence processes. In her commercial law practice, Dimitra advises on all types of commercial agreements (such as agency, distribution, and franchise agreements) and also handles disputes arising from or connected to the performance or termination of any such agreements. Dimitra is also an expert in the provision of regulatory and compliance advice in Life Sciences and Health Care Sector.
