Eirini is a member of our Life Sciences and Healthcare team. Eirini’s practice is focused on a wide range of pharmaceutical, intellectual property, corporate, commercial and contract law issues within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.

She advises multinational healthcare companies on regulatory, commercial and compliance matters, related to the marketing and promotion of pharmaceutical products. Her practice is also focused on corporate and commercial issues of day-to-day operation arising out from the market of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics and hospitals, including the negotiation, drafting and reviewing of agreements in the field of healthcare sector. In addition, she is an expert in Pharmaceutical IP matters — such as patent infringement and invalidity cases — advising healthcare clients on both contentious and non-contentious IP issues, while she has precious experience in all areas of IP—such as trademarks, copyrights and patents. Eirini has participated in M&As and other types of transactions, during the due diligence and negotiation phase. She has also been involved in corporate establishment and structuring, day-to-day corporate issues and commercial practices of multiple companies.
