Dimitris is a member of the Tax practice group advising on international tax matters and especially on the tax aspects of corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, financing agreements and other transactions. He has significant experience across direct tax and transfer pricing, working with clients from various industries, such as chemicals, energy, and digital platforms. Dimitris has also supported clients in tax audits and tax disputes arising from tax planning practices. Currently, he focuses on advising individuals and legal entities on their tax affairs.
