Thanasis is a member of the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance groups of the firm. His area of practice circulates around a broad range of transactional services and financial regulation.

Thanasis has participated in acquisitions, as well as the drafting and the negotiation of corporate documentation and of commercial contracts. His experience also extends to securitization. Finally, he has also been involved in projects related to insolvency proceedings as well as real estate transactions.
