Paraskevi is a member of the Civil & Criminal Litigation and Arbitration practice group. She handles cases of individuals and legal entities, representing them before the civil courts of first instance. She is actively involved in commercial, banking and tort disputes as well as real estate litigation. In particular, she undertakes the resolution of issues arising in the domestic individual enforcement proceedings (e.g. collection of monetary claims and participation in auction procedures etc).Paraskevi is a qualified lawyer and member of the Athens Bar Association since 2024.
