Associate

Chrysa is a member of the Employment & Social Security group. She has gained hands-on experience in complicated and challenging employment law cases, both on an advisory and litigation level. Her expertise covers all areas of individual and collective employment law matters including recruitments, dismissals, cross-border transfers of employees, TUPE, collective bargaining, occupational accidents, flexible forms of employment and drafting of HR policies and procedures. She also advises on employment issues arising from privatizations, cross-border M&A transactions and divisions of enterprises to economic and technical restructuring and termination of business operations. She has provided day-to day advice and support to national and international clients operating in various sectors, such as hospitality, tourism, retail, construction, transportation, banking, pharmaceutical, medical and energy.
