Dorianna is a member of the Employment and Social Security group. She advises both national and international clients on a wide range of individual and collective employment law matters. Her legal advice includes day-to-day employment issues, the drafting of employment contracts and internal policies, collective bargaining agreements, working time, and health and safety compliance, among other employment-related issues. She has also gained significant experience in due diligence proceedings. Her expertise also covers the representation of clients before Courts, as well as any competent labour authority
