Katerina is a member of our Banking & Finance team, supporting the team in advising on financing transactions and legal due diligence reviews, primarily in the real estate, infrastructure and energy sectors. She is involved in various phases of financing transactions, including drafting corporate and security documentation, coordinating financial close processes and reviewing construction and project agreements. Katerina’s work experience prior to joining the firm includes working as in-house counsel for a construction company advising on commercial and corporate matters.
