Civil & Criminal Litigation and Arbitration

Catherine has extensive experience of over 10 years in the area of civil and commercial litigation, representing clients in civil and commercial disputes, including breach of contract and tort. Having a postgraduate degree by Athens Law University in Greek Civil Procedural Law, she is specialized in debt recovery, litigation and enforcement proceedings, including cross – border enforcement based on EU regulations and liquidation of loan securities. She regularly advises and represents clients, including banking institutions and NPL operators, in domestic and cross border asset tracing, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings. Catherine also advises domestic and foreign clients regarding civil litigation and enforcement aspects in the context of due diligence projects, acquisition of loan portfolios and other commercial and real estate transactions. She has also worked as an associate in the law firm associated with the Greek department of the global accounting firm “Ernst&Young”.
