Elena’s practice focuses on capital markets, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. In the capital markets field, Elena’s experience focuses in debt – especially corporate bonds- and equity issuances, including IPOs, secondary offerings and private placements. Elena also advises on takeover bids as well as corporate governance issues and other regulatory issues relating to the capital markets legislation. Her practice further expands to drafting loan and security agreements, taking part in due diligence reviews and advising on corporate transactions including financings, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions, particularly those involving listed companies.
