Career
Juhi’s practice focuses on EU and International Trade Defence laws, WTO law and EU Customs law. She has represented clients from across the globe in numerous EU trade defence proceedings ranging from Footwear, Solar Panels, Solar Glass, Glass Fibre Products, Silicon Metal, Ironing Boards, Manganese Oxide to Plastic Sacks, Antibiotics, numerous steel products, and Ductile Iron Pipes and Tubes. She has litigated before the WTO dispute settlement body and is actively involved in customs matters in several EU Member States. Juhi has represented clients in trade defence proceedings in other jurisdictions as well including Canada, South Africa and Morocco.
Juhi has authored a several articles on EU and customs laws.
Juhi has been recommended in various legal directories since 2010. Juhi was praised in the 2022 Legal 500 edition as “one of the best lawyers in her field” and was commended by clients for being “very knowledgeable, sharp, hardworking and prompt.” Juhi is listed as a “ Next Generation Partner” by Legal 500 and as "Up and Coming" by Chambers 2023. Furthermore, Juhi was lauded in Who’s Who Legal 2022 edition for her “amazing amount of knowledge of global trade law and trials” and described in Chambers 2023 for being "very devoted to the details".
Juhi obtained an LL.M. degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels (summa cum laude) and an LL.B. degree from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University. She also holds a B.A. in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
