Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000, Pierre Deval began his career in Anglo-Saxon law firms before joining Veil Jourde. He has been a partner since 2006. He mainly dedicates his practice to transactions, all types of transactions. He is re cognized in the field of securities law, industrial M&A and private equity. He is regularly advising investment funds, industrial and listed companies.
