Kerstin Gröne specialises in the areas of individual employment law and collective employment law, restructuring and litigation. She coordinates projects abroad and liaises with our network law firms and the central personnel department.

As a mediator, she conducts structured voluntary proceedings – mediation proceedings – with a view to helping the parties to resolve their conflicts in a constructive manner.

Kerstin Gröne studied law in Bonn, Germany, from 1991 to 1997 and subsequently carried out her traineeship at the Higher Regional Court in Cologne. She was admitted to the bar in 1999 and has worked for Luther and its predecessor firm ever since.
