Position

Florian Schwuchow specialises in advising national and international clients on matters relating to real estate law. In addition to advising on all aspects of commercial tenancy law, his services include providing legal advice during real estate transactions. Furthermore, he advises on legal issues that arise in connection with the ongoing asset management performed by real estate companies and supports clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes.

Career

Florian Schwuchow studied law at Freie Universität in Berlin (Germany) and at the University of Cape Town (South Africa). After passing his first state law exam in Germany, he obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of Melbourne (Australia). Florian Schwuchow carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin and was admitted to the German Bar in 2014. He has since advised on real estate law with a special focus on commercial tenancy law. Florian Schwuchow joined Luther in 2020.
