Position

Christian Brauns advises on matters pertaining to corporate law (in particular, shareholder disputes), as well as on real estate and inheritance law. His clients include domestically and internationally operating companies, listed groups, as well as partnerships, family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs. Christian Brauns also represents his clients in judicial and arbitration proceedings.

Career

Christian Brauns studied law at the Universities of Freiburg (Germany) and Linköping (Sweden). He then carried out his legal training at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe (Germany), which included periods of work in large international law firms.

Christian Brauns was admitted to the German Bar in early 2016. He initially worked in a law firm and notary’s office that specialised in corporate, real estate and inheritance law, before moving on to Luther in 2018.
