Franziska Klaß-Dingeldey studied law and European legal practice at Leibniz University in Hanover (Germany) and at the University of Nottingham (England). Her legal training, which she carried out at the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Germany), included working for Luther’s Hanover office, the Ministry of the Interior of the German state of Lower Saxony, and the German Embassy in Switzerland.

Franziska Klaß-Dingeldey worked at the Chair of Public Law and Administrative Sciences at Leibniz University in Hanover, from which she also earned her doctorate for a thesis on a civil-service and European law topic. She has since been a visiting lecturer for public law at Leibniz University in Hanover.

Franziska Klaß-Dingeldey was admitted to the German Bar in 2015 and joined Luther the same year. She has been a certified specialist in public procurement law since 2019.
