Position

Simone Lersch advises on all aspects of white-collar crime and medical criminal law. She represents companies and individuals in preliminary investigations regarding criminal and administrative offences, helps companies/service providers identify risks under white-collar and medical criminal law in the context of mergers and acquisitions and advises on the introduction, implementation and review of compliance structures.

Career

Simone Lersch studied law in Bonn (Germany) from 1998 to 2003. From 2006 to 2015, she worked as a public prosecutor in Cologne (Germany). Simone Lersch was admitted to the German Bar in 2015 and initially worked at Tsambikakis & Partner, a Cologne-based, nationally renowned law firm that specialised in white-collar and medical criminal law, before moving to Luther in 2025.

Simone Lersch is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Police and Public Administration in North Rhine-Westphalia (HSPV NRW), where she lectures on criminal and criminal procedural law.
