Alexander F. Liebing primarily advises clients on financing rounds (start-ups/VC/PE), on the sale and acquisition of companies and stakes in companies (M&A), and on succession issues. In addition, he advises on all matters pertaining to commercial, corporate and company transformation law.
Career
Alexander F. Liebing studied business administration and economics as well as business law (LL.B. and LL.M.), following which he went on to study law. After carrying out his legal training in Leipzig (Germany), he commenced his career as a lawyer with an international law firm. Alexander F. Liebing joined Luther in September 2024.
