Lisa Schmölz advises private-sector companies and the public sector on new building projects and with regard to existing properties. She concentrates her practice on drafting contracts taking into account all aspects of private building and architectural/engineering law, as well as advising during the planning and construction phases of projects. Lisa Schmölz’s services further include enforcing and defending claims in judicial proceedings and extra-judicial dispute resolution procedures.

Lisa Schmölz studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich (Germany). Part of her subsequent legal training already involved working in various areas of building law, for example, in the Urban Planning and Building Control Department of the City of Munich, in the Construction Department of the City of Munich and at GSK Stockmann in Munich. Another part of her legal training involved working in a law firm in Montréal (Canada).

Following her admission to the German Bar in 2018, Lisa Schmölz initially worked in real estate/private building law at GSK Stockmann in Munich. In 2022, she moved to ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN, where she was a member of the real estate team of the firm’s Munich office. The same year, she became a certified specialist in building and architectural law.

Lisa Schmölz has been supporting Luther’s real estate team in Munich since 2024.
