Euryale is a Partner and a member of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and real estate transactions. She has proven expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, group restructurings, and corporate finance.

In addition to her corporate advisory work, she regularly advises clients on key compliance matters, including corporate governance, directors’ duties, data protection, anti-money laundering and beneficial ownership, reinforcing her position as a trusted advisor to international and local clients.

Before joining Luther in 2014, she worked for 6 years in the Corporate and M&A departments of a Big Four and a leading independent tax advisor in Luxembourg.
