Yann Spiegelhalter is a Counsel and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice at Luther's Luxembourg office. Yann advises local and international clients on commercial and corporate matters.

He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, leveraged buyouts, and financings and refinancings.

Prior to joining Luther,  he worked  for the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and a renowned corporate and investors services company.

Yann Spiegelhalter obtained a Master's Degree in Business Law from the University of Strasbourg in France. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2010.
